Although the appellant was entitled to Plot No. 3A by virtue of a consent order in Eldoret HCC No. 93 of 1977, the subsequent subdivision of the land changed the plot numbers, and there was no evidence linking Plot No. 3A to the current plot numbers. The appellant did not bring a surveyor or provide credible evidence of encroachment, nor did he establish that the respondent interfered with his property.
