The Plaintiff gave the Defendant notice in October 2013 to complete the sale within 21 days, which was not complied with. The Defendant's subsequent attempts to pay the balance were either unsubstantiated or came too late, after the Plaintiff had already sought rescission. The Plaintiff had also fulfilled his obligation to obtain Land Control Board consent for subdivision shortly...
