The sale agreement between the parties was executed on 2nd August 2008, with a completion period of 90 days. The Appellant's failure to perform within this period constituted breach, and the cause of action accrued on or about 2nd November 2008. Under Section 4(1) of the Limitation of Actions Act, the Respondent was required to file suit within six years of accrual, i.e., by 1st November 2014.
