Chief Justice, which suspended the transfer of cases from lower courts to the Environment and Land Court (ELC) and vice versa, pending the determination of an appeal against the judgment in Malindi HCCC Petition No. 3 of 2016. The court therefore ordered that the registry should not entertain such applications until the appeal is resolved.
