Court Disposition

Appeal allowed in part; High Court proceedings quashed for want of jurisdiction; order for rehearing of appeals before a properly constituted High Court bench.

Orders

  • The criminal appeals are to be reheard expeditiously by the High Court constituted by judges of competent jurisdiction.
