The Tribunal found that the applicant was not afforded a fair hearing prior to the adverse decision by the 1st Respondent, in breach of Articles 47 and 50 of the Constitution and the Fair Administrative Action Act. The Tribunal held that the internal dispute resolution mechanism (IDAC) was not properly constituted in accordance with the FKF Constitution and FIFA Statutes, and thus did not provide an adequate remedy. The evidence, including the match commissioner's report, established that the abandonment of the match was caused by the misconduct of the 2nd Respondent's supporters.
