Although the respondent argued that the decision was tainted with error of law and impracticable to enforce, the court held that there is no legal basis or authority granting it discretion to refuse enforcement of a PSC decision outside the judicial review process. The only PSC decision that was quashed was the one rendered on 13th October 2021, not the original decision of 3rd March 2021.
