Therefore, it could not revisit or vary its own orders. On the application to examine the directors and compel production of company accounts, the court held that justice would be served by allowing the application under Order 22 rule 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules. The court did not find sufficient grounds to lift the corporate veil and hold the directors personally liable at this stage, but allowed the examination of directors and production of accounts to facilitate satisfaction of the decree.
