The evidence showed that the subdivision and subsequent transfers were carried out in contravention of a prior court order and decree in Civil Suit No. 2940 of 1992, which had declared the property to be held in trust and required proper subdivision and transfer. The defendant's reliance on an unregistered mutation and Land Control Board consent from the 1980s was insufficient, as the subdivision was never completed or registered at that time, and the subsequent actions were expressly found to be null...
