Ratio Decidendi

The Tribunal found that the prayers sought in the applications for interim injunction were substantially similar to those in the main claim, and that the issues required evidence to be called for expeditious disposal. To avoid prejudging the main claim and to preserve the subject matter, the Tribunal suspended the applications for interim injunction, extended the interim orders previously granted, and directed that the matter be heard on a priority basis. The Tribunal further ordered the parties to file and serve all witness statements and documents within 21 days to facilitate a prompt hearing of the main claim.
