The mediation agreement, as adopted by the court, only confirmed that the deceased owned parcel Majoge/Bosoti/1665 and did not provide for any subdivision or additional land to be given to the applicant. The order of 6 June 2022 merely directed the County Surveyor to fix the boundary of parcel 1665 and amend the Registry Index Map as required, but did not authorize or require the subdivision of land or execution of mutation forms for transfer.
