As a result, any resolutions passed at that AGM, including the appointment of Njoroge Regeru & Co. Advocates to represent Kiru Tea Factory Company Ltd, were null and void. Consequently, all pleadings filed by Njoroge Regeru & Co. Advocates in relation to the contempt proceedings were not properly on record and were struck out.
