The subsequent request by the defendant for payment to be made directly to its account, and the plaintiff's compliance with this request, did not nullify the sufficiency of the original undertaking. The defendant's insistence on technicalities and refusal to release the completion documents was found to be in bad faith and contributed to unnecessary delay.
