1. Upon perusal of the notice of motion dated 22. 11. 2024, the affidavit in support thereof sworn by Emily Akinyi Omondi and the enclosures thereto and upon hearing Mr. Omino Counsel for the Plaintiff and upon perusal of the court record I do hereby allow the application herein in terms of prayer No. 2 and I do confirm that indeed on 8th May 2017 orders of injunction were granted by my brother Justice S. M. Kibunja.
2. Mention on 29. 1.2025 for purposes of taking a hearing date. Notice to Defendants.
