The Court of Appeal held that the High Court Judge exceeded his jurisdiction by directing the Land Registrar on how to draw the boundaries and dictating the acreage to be allotted to each plot, when the Provincial Appeals Committee’s order merely required the Land Registrar to visit the parcels and settle the boundary dispute in accordance with the law.
