However, a reading of the application shows that the applicant is aggrieved by the decision of a single Judge of this Court (Warsame, JA) delivered on 31st October 2025 dismissing her application for extension of time to file her notice of appeal against a ruling delivered on 16th October 2024. The applicant seeks to review and/or set aside the said order. Evidently this application is not a single Judge matter but a reference to a full bench of this Court. 2.Accordingly, I direct that the said application be listed before a full bench of this Court for hearing and determination.
