APPLICANTS VERSUS FAITH WATHONI NJOROGE...............................................................RESPONDENT RULING 1. The application dated 4th November 2025 filed by the Applicants, seeks an order of stay of execution of decree, issued in Nakuru CMELRC No. E045 of 2021 between the Parties herein, dated 12th June 2025 and 2nd September 2025. 2. Sought also, is leave to file an appeal out of time. 3. The Court has considered and determined a similar application filed by the Applicants against another Respondent, based on similar proceedings before the Trial Court, in Nakuru Miscellaneous Application No. E062 of 2025 [Applicants v. Luka Omuchiro alias Luka Manoa]. 4. The Court declined the application. 1 5. The findings and orders issued in Miscellaneous Application No. E062 of 2025, shall apply to this application. 6.
