The application for sentence review under section 333(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code is dismissed because the issue of crediting the remand period was already conclusively determined in the applicant's previous appeal, HCCRA No. E041 of 2022. In that appeal, the High Court expressly considered the period the applicant spent in custody and ordered that the sentence run from the date of arraignment.
