K. Ndichu & Associates Advocates be granted leave to come on record in place of ……(sic). 3.Spent. 4.That the 1st Respondent a Notice to Show Cause be issued against the 1st Respondent and that she be cited for contempt of court for being in contravention with the orders herein issued on the 9th June 2025 by removing the minor from Shiners Premier (sic). 5.That a Permanent Injunction be issued restraining the 1st Respondent from interfering with the minor’s Kennedy Kibunja Study At Shiners Premier by removing him from the school. 6.That the OCS Central Police Station be ordered to supervise compliance with these orders. 2.The Application is supported by affidavit evidence of the Appellant. 3.Despite evidence of service of the Application upon the Respondent, no reply has been put in. The Application is therefore deemed as unopposed. 4.Having perused the Application, the new advocates for the Appellant are allowed to come in as per prayer 2).
