Specifically, Kajiado/Kaputei North/xxx and Githurai-Kimbo Plot xxx under Mwihoko Housing Company were jointly registered and thus matrimonial property, to be shared equally (50:50). For Ngandori/Kirigi/xxx, only one acre (0.10Ha) acquired during the marriage was found to be matrimonial property, with the applicant entitled to 50% (0.05Ha) due to non-monetary contributions such as child care. The applicant failed to prove ownership or contribution to other parcels, which were not deemed matrimonial property....
