Furthermore, the record showed that all beneficiaries, through their advocates, had entered into a consent on the mode of distribution, which was adopted as a court order on 17th April, 2013. This consent was never set aside or appealed, and thus remained binding and conclusive. The magistrate's subsequent orders disregarding this consent were a nullity.
