The respondent had consented to the confirmation and rectification of the grant, and there was no evidence that any beneficiaries were omitted or that the rectification was improper. The respondent's allegations regarding omitted beneficiaries were unsupported, as none of the alleged omitted beneficiaries had come forward to claim a share of the estate. The rectification merely added omitted assets and did not alter the list of beneficiaries. The respondent's actions were therefore obstructive and contrary to her duties as co-administratrix.   • If the respondent does not comply within fourteen days, the applicant is at liberty to complete the administration of the estate as sole administratrix, and a fresh grant will be issued in her sole name.
