However, the applicant failed to demonstrate that a claim for interest at 14% per annum was made before filing the bill of costs or at any time prior to payment or tender in full, as required by Paragraph 7 of the Advocates Remuneration Order. Consequently, the applicant forfeited the right to interest at 14% and is only entitled to interest at court rates.
