However, the applicant did not provide evidence that a claim for interest at 14% per annum was made before filing the bill of costs or before payment was tendered, as required by Paragraph 7 of the Advocates Remuneration Order. Therefore, the applicant forfeited the right to interest at 14% and is only entitled to interest at court rates.
