The Plaintiff entered the suit land in August 1989 as a purchaser under a sale agreement with the 2nd Defendant. The sale agreement became void in February 1990 due to lack of Land Control Board consent, making the Plaintiff's continued occupation adverse to the registered proprietor's title from that date. The Defendants and the registered proprietor did not interrupt the Plaintiff's possession for over 12 years. By March 2002, the Plaintiff's rights as an adverse possessor had crystallized, extinguishing the Defendants' and registered proprietor's title.
