APPLICANT** **VERSUS** **THE GOVERNOR, KERICHO COUNTY ................................ RESPONDENT** **RULING** 1. Before court is a Notice of motion dated12/1/2025. The applicant prays for the following orders; - 2. That this Honourable Court be pleased to order the certificate of taxation dated 18th December 2025 in Kisii High Court Misc. Application No. E243 by Deputy Registrar in favour of the Applicant in the sum of Ksh. Fifty four million, Nine Hundred and three thousand, five hundred and Seventy four and forty six cents (54,903,574.46) be adopted as a judgement and a decree issued. 3. That interest be charged on the decretal at court rate from the date of taxation. 4. That costs of this Application be borne by the respondent. 5.
