Divorce Cause 72 of 2009
This is a Summons dated 8th May, 2009 which does not appear to be opposed. The applicant presently wants to be granted prayers (c) and (f) of the Chamber Summons.
Since the application is not opposed and the respondent did not attend the hearing though he was given a chance, I will grant the orders sought.
Consequently, I grant prayers (c) and (f) as requested.
