RULING
The Notice of Motion filed on 27th November, 2013 is unopposed. The plaintiff has not taken any steps since June, 2012 to prosecute the matter. Nor did he comply with orders made by the court to pay court fees. His counsel does not have any instructions. The application is allowed with costs.
