[An appeal from the original conviction and sentence of the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kabarnet Cr. Case no. 391 of 2017 delivered on the 19th day of July, 2017 by Hon. S.O. Temu, PM]
JUDGMENT
Upon hearing the appellant and the DPP and noting the recommendation by the Probation Officer, pursuant to section 354 (3) (b) of the Criminal Procedure Code, alter the sentence herein so that the appellant serves Community Service Order (C.S.O) at the Chief’s Office, Lelmen Location, Baringo County for a period of 6 months from today.
