The alleged errors in the hospital bill did not meet the threshold for review as they did not constitute clear or self-evident mistakes. However, considering the applicant's circumstances and in the interest of justice, the court exercised its discretion to grant an extension of time for the applicant to deposit the sum of Ksh.1,000,000 as security for costs, as previously ordered.
