The court cannot lawfully distribute or re-distribute the wider estate of the deceased's father, Muchoki Wanyoike, or adjudicate trust claims relating to that estate within these proceedings. The protestor's claims based on trust and entitlement to the wider estate must be pursued in separate civil proceedings. Accordingly, the court rejected the protestor's proposals and confirmed the grant as proposed by the administrator, distributing LR LOC 17/SABASABA/1777 to Juanina Wanjiru Muchoki and LR LOC...
