1. I have considered the notice of motion dated August 8, 2023 together with the supporting affidavit of similar date sworn by Dr John Khaminwa in support of the motion seeking recusal of the trial judge from the case and order as follows:i.The matter is certified urgent.ii.The applicant is directed to serve the respondent with the application and this order within seven (7) from the date hereof.iii.Upon service, the respondent is directed to file a response within seven (7) days.iv.The matter shall be mentioned on September 26, 2023 for directions.Orders accordingly.
