Criminal Appeal / Judgment on Appeal Against Sentence After Conviction on Plea of Guilty

  1. 1 Whether the trial court erred in imposing an omnibus sentence for the two limbs of burglary and stealing contrary to law.
  2. 2 Whether the sentence of three years imprisonment was excessive in the circumstances, considering the plea of guilty and mitigation.
  3. 3 Whether the appellant should be placed on a non-custodial sentence or community service order.
