R U L I N G
1. There being no opposition to the Application dated 20/11/2017, the Certificate of costs having become final and in the absence of a dispute as to Retainer, judgment is entered for the Applicant/Advocate against the Respondent/Client in the sum of Kshs.308,595. 54 together with interest thereon at 14% in accordance with Rule 7 of the Advocate Remuneration Rules from the 1/6/2017 till payment in full.
2. I award to the Advocate/Applicant the costs of these proceedings capped at Kshs.12,000/= all inclusive.
