The Applicant, having been replaced through a valid notice, ceased to have locus standi to seek further orders in the suit. The court further found that issues relating to advocate-client fees, including recovery of outstanding legal fees, must be addressed in separate proceedings specifically provided for such disputes, and not within the main suit.
