The parties in both suits are from the same family and were litigating over the same property. The Plaintiff's attempt to distinguish the present suit on the basis of capacity (as administrator of the estate) was rejected, as the previous litigants were also from the estate and had acknowledged the sale of the property. The court held that the doctrine of res judicata applied, barring the suit, and that the Plaintiff's actions amounted to an abuse of the court process by seeking to relitigate matters already conclusively determined....
