The High Court lacks jurisdiction to review the process or outcome of the Judges and Magistrates Vetting Board's decisions regarding the suitability of magistrates or judges to continue in service. Section 23(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution, read together with the Vetting of Judges and Magistrates Act, expressly ousts the jurisdiction of any court to question or review such removals or processes leading to removal. The Supreme Court has authoritatively interpreted these provisions and its decisions are binding on all other courts.
