The applicant failed to comply with the court's order of 17th April 2015, which required the deposit of Kshs. 50,000 and two original title deeds within 30 days as a condition for pursuing the judicial review application. The applicant deposited the money and only one title deed after the expiry of the 30-day period and did not seek an extension of time. The order was self-executing, and its default clause provided that non-compliance would result in the automatic discharge of leave and dismissal of the judicial review application.
