In the absence of explicit agreement, the Tribunal determined that the most appropriate end date for the 50% rebate was when the government officially lifted the Covid-19 curfew on 30th October 2021. The landlord was ordered to prepare a statement of account reflecting a 50% rent rebate from 30th June 2020 to 30th October 2021.
