The High Court found that, despite shifting positions by the appellants' witness regarding directorship and relationships among the companies, there was sufficient evidence of contractual relationships between the respondent and all four appellant companies. However, the respondent failed to prove that services were rendered beyond July 2017, as the handover reports and lack of occurrence book evidence undermined the claim for August and September 2017. The court held that only the amounts corresponding to services for July 2017 were proved.
