The Tribunal found that the lease agreement between the parties expired on 31st July 2021 and was not renewed by mutual agreement as required by Clause 10. The tenant's continued occupation was without the landlord's consent, and no legal basis existed for the Tribunal to assess rent or deem the tenancy renewed by implication.
