The striking out of the Plaintiff's suit with costs constituted a final determination of the parties' rights, with the 7th Defendant holding an absolute and indefeasible title to the suit land. As such, the Plaintiff had no further interest or claim to the land, and the caveat lodged by the Plaintiff was an issue relating to the execution of the decree.
