VERSUS CLIENT/RESPONDENT RULING 1. Upon hearing from counsel for the Advocate/Applicant and noting no response or opposition has been filed by the Client/Respondent with respect to the Notice of Motion application dated 26/09/2025, and further with the court being satisfied of the merits of the application, he Notice of Motion application dated 26/9/2025 be and is hereby allowed. 2. Consequently, the Certificate of Taxation dated on 19/9/2025 be and is hereby converted into a Judgment and HCCC MISCELLANEOUS CASE NO.E174 OF 2024 RULING - Page 1 of 2 Decree of court, and interest on the outstanding amount in the sum of Kshs.219,168/= shall apply at courts rates from the date of taxation being 19/2/2925 up until payment in full. 3.
