1. I have gone through the notice of motion dated 16th July 2025 seeking a revision of the orders of the trial court. I have however noted that the matter originated from JKIA Chief Magistrates’ Court.
2. The case is therefore under the territorial jurisdiction of Makadara High Court.For the foregoing reason, the application is struck out.
