R U L I N G
I have listened to the grounds upon which the certificate of urgency is sought. I have accepted the ground upon which the certificate is sought. Considering the fact that the main grounds raised will be argued inter-partes, I will see no impediment to the granting of the certificate sought. ORDER 1. I certify the matter as urgent.
2. The Applicant to serve the application on or before the end of the day of 15th March, 2002.
3. The Respondent to file reply if any, within 3 days after such service.
4. Hearing inter-partes is fixed on 19. 3.2002.
