The Tribunal found that the Applicants failed to demonstrate any new and important matter, mistake, or error apparent on the face of the record, or any other sufficient reason to warrant review of the Ruling delivered on 15th July 2022. The issue of the Respondent's capacity as landlord was not newly discovered and could have been raised earlier with due diligence. The Respondent's evidence that the property was transferred to him during his father's lifetime was not controverted, and the Applicants themselves had recognized him as landlord in their pleadings.
