Ruling
1. I have gone through the chamber summons dated 14th October 2024. I have however noted that the matter originated from JKIA Chief Magistrates’ Court. The case is therefore under the territorial jurisdiction of Makadara High Court.
2. For the foregoing reason, the matter is transferred to Makadara High Court and shall be mentioned on before the Deputy Registrar Makadara High Court on 25th February 2025.
