The court held that the estate of a Muslim deceased must be distributed in accordance with Sharia law, and that any disputes regarding the shares of beneficiaries are to be determined by the Kadhi Court. The court ordered that the rents from the estate be paid into court and distributed as follows: 1/8 of the estate to the wife, each daughter to receive 1/15, and each son to receive 2/15 of the residue, as determined by the Kadhi Court. The costs of the application are to be paid out of the estate.
