  • Pending hearing and determination of the appeal, an order of stay of execution is issued restraining the respondents from attaching or proclaiming motor vehicle registration number KCD 073H for execution of the judgment in Eldoret CMCC No. 656 of 2014.
  • The appellant shall, within thirty (30) days, provide security for the stay of execution by either (a) executing or depositing a bank guarantee for KES 600,000, or (b) depositing KES 400,000 in an interest-earning joint account in the names of the advocates on record.
