The Applicant failed to demonstrate any of the statutory grounds for review under Order 45 of the Civil Procedure Rules to warrant variation of the security from a cash deposit to a bank guarantee. The Court found that the Applicant's explanation for non-compliance was insufficient and that the Respondent had not frustrated the process.
